Nevada public-records request templates
Pre-filled letter templates citing NRS 239 framework, sortable by agency. Citizens of Nevada have a right to inspect and copy government records under NRS 239.010 — these templates exist to make exercising that right easier.
Not legal advice. NRS 239 (the Nevada Public Records Act) generally requires agencies to respond within 5 business days (NRS 239.0107). Some categories of records are statutorily exempt — agencies must cite the specific exemption. If denied, you can appeal to the District Court under NRS 239.011.
